This is a template for students to unfold their initial design theme into 6-8 design directions.
It can be done as an individual or collaborative exercise, however, group work makes for more diverse ideas to be created.
In this template, 6-8 storyboard frames can be ideated on, providing 48-64 initial ideas!
Step 1: place 6-8 initial ideas or storyboard frames around a central theme., topic, challenge or opportunity.
Step2: Ideate 8 ideas around each frame.
Step3. Refine the ideas by adding key words or clarifying captions
Step4: The team votes on the best 4 ideas.
