His career spans global markets — from China to the US — and includes helping companies scale from 100 to 1,000 employees and grow ARR from $5M to $100M.
Passionate about turning user insights into real value, Ricardo has led teams from 0 to 20+, mentored dozens of UX and Product professionals, and built frameworks for product discovery, design sprints, and usability testing. He’s also an active member of the UX and Product communities, with certifications from the Nielsen Norman Group, IBM, and the Interaction Design Foundation.
Today, Ricardo shares his practical approach to building products people truly need — combining research, collaboration, and smart use of AI.
