About the Bug Triaging Template
Bug reports can arrive from anywhere, quickly turning into a disorganized backlog that slows your team down. The Bug Triaging template brings order to the chaos by providing a clear, visual framework to manage your entire bug resolution process in Miro's collaborative workspace. Instead of juggling spreadsheets and chat threads, your team gets a single, shared view of every issue, from the moment it's reported to the moment it's resolved.
How to use the Bug Triaging template
Report new bugs. Add new bugs as cards in the "New" column, filling in key details like a short description and who reported it.
Triage and prioritize. As a team, review new bugs to set their priority and severity. Move urgent issues to the "Investigating" column and assign them to a team member.
Track work in progress. As work begins, move the card to the "In Progress" column. All notes, questions, and updates are captured directly on the card.
Move to Resolved. Once a fix is deployed, move the card to the "Resolved" column to create a clear record of completed work.
Why use the Bug Triaging template?
