The board is designed to help teams flow through their quarterly planning cycles.

By providing a simple yet effective structure, allowing for collection of information during a quarter, a team should be able to see what they are doing and why they are doing it. Additional sections allow for reflection and iteration each quarter so that this process can be refined for each specific team over time
