Context: This exercise is designed for innovators who are preparing a user interview protocol. Conducting effective user interviews starts with having a clear and well-structured plan.
Objective: The objective of this exercise is to provide innovators with a tool to create an interview protocol that helps build rapport with participants, stay focused on interview objectives, and gather valuable insights from users.
Process: The exercise will guide innovators through seven steps to create an interview protocol.
Credits: This tool was designed in collaboration with the coordinators and students in the Concordia University Innovation Lab.
