This retrospective is here to support you in digging up treasures and sets the focus on the teamwork of the sprint.

At the Check-In the team will get more aware of their general mood with the help of parrots. In the next step "Set the Stage" the Team will have a look into their teamwork as a crew: Who can help with wich topic? Where do you need help yourself? Treasures can be found better in a team.

At the Gather Data Part, the team will have a look on the treasure-map and islands to reflect on their journey together in the past iteration.

After deciding on the captains for specific topics, the Check-Out provides a fun possibility for team building.
