Kudos - praise for team members who deserve it!
Keep it - what does the team want to continue doing and keep as it is
Bin it - what does the team think should be stopped
Change it - what do we have that we want to change and suggestions for improvements
Team members just add post-it notes with ideas and then I suggest giving participants the option to vote on items they wish to discuss further.
