Lightning Decision Jam (LDJ) is a structured exercise that helps teams tackle problems quickly and effectively. Originally developed by AJ&Smart, it replaces open-ended, unstructured meetings with a clear step-by-step process.

In about 90min, you’ll go from identifying challenges to prioritizing solutions—while keeping everyone engaged and focused. No back-and-forth, no long debates, just a straightforward way to foster creativity and move forward.

This Miro template was inspired on the original LDJ framework to make it even easier to run remotely.
