Executive-Level OKR Retrospective

This session typically includes senior leaders who evaluate OKRs from an organizational perspective. They will be looking at cross-functional dependencies, business impact, and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Focus Areas: Communication, visibility, cross-functional alignment, and leadership roles in OKR support.

  • Discussion Topics: Celebrating high-impact achievements, tackling strategic challenges, and examining how OKRs have contributed to overall business direction.

  • Common Techniques: "Wow Moments" (what went well) and "That’s Unfortunate" (pain points), followed by action mapping for the next cycle. Can also work well with Start/Stop/Continue technique.
