Each participant places themselves on a 2x2 matrix mapping urgency versus readiness and annotates their biggest blocker.

11:25 AM – 11:45 AM | Map the Room

Small groups discuss where organizations fall on the spectrum from individual AI tools to systemic AI adoption.

11:45 AM – 12:05 PM | Diagnose Blockers

Structured discussion to identify whether obstacles are capability, strategy, or organizational friction.

12:05 PM – 12:10 PM | Break

12:10 PM – 12:35 PM | Design Your Path

Participants identify their 1–2 highest-leverage next moves and determine if they're quick wins or structural shifts.

Participants review each other's plans and provide peer feedback on proposed approaches.
