Milestone PERT Charts

Built in the original activity-on-arrow PERT format, this template represents a project as numbered milestone events connected by labeled activity arrows, including a dummy activity to show a dependency without real duration. The critical path is highlighted in bold, showing exactly which chain of activities has zero slack and determines the fastest possible finish date. It works well for anyone who learned PERT the traditional way, or needs a network diagram that reads clearly to people already familiar with the classic format.
