Map your path from resources to impact

A clean, colourful logic model template that helps you show how your work is expected to create change. Its strong rainbow-colour sections make the flow easy to follow, while the spacious layout and sticky notes give teams plenty of room to add, move, group, and refine ideas together.

What’s included

Work from left to right through the key elements of a logic model:

  • Inputs — What resources, people, funding, tools, or partnerships do we need?

  • Activities — What will we do?

  • Outputs — What will we deliver, complete, or reach?

  • Short-term outcomes — What should change first?

  • Long-term outcomes — What lasting changes do we aim to support?

  • Impact — What wider difference will this work contribute to?

How to use it

Add one idea per sticky note, then place it in the relevant section. Start with the impact you want to contribute to and work backwards, or begin with your available inputs and work forwards. Discuss the links between each step, remove unclear ideas, and make sure the planned activities genuinely support the outcomes you want to achieve.

Who it’s for

Ideal for project teams, nonprofit and community organisations, social-impact initiatives, educators, public-sector teams, consultants, and anyone designing, explaining, or evaluating a programme or project.
