Report

This set of 5 design thinking acitivites can be used when teams wish to ideate and brainstorm. Ideally these activities would follow from empathising and defining pain points or a How might we...? activity.

I use these activities with University students on a Computer Science course to help them work in teams and solve complex problems.

It provides a structured framework for reviewing sprint outcomes, discussing what worked well, what didn't, and generating actionable insights. This template fosters a culture of continuous learning and refinement, empowering teams to enhance their sprint process and deliver better outcomes in subsequent sprints.
