Critical Path PERT Charts

This template lays out a project as a PERT network in the classic activity-on-node style, each task shown with its early start, duration, and early finish, connected by dependency arrows. The critical path, the sequence of tasks with zero slack that determines the project's minimum length, is highlighted in a consistent color, while non-critical tasks show their available slack time. It works well for project planning sessions where understanding which tasks can flex and which absolutely can't slip actually matters.
