The program is built for consulting firms, digital transformation agencies, systems integrators, and specialised services providers. We're looking for partners with expertise in AI-driven product development, design, engineering and business transformation who can help customers reimagine how they build products, run their businesses, and ultimately, get great done.
Our program has three tiers: Member, Preferred, and Premier. Member is the entry-level tier for partners who signed our agreement and are providing services to customers with Miro. Qualification to the Preferred and Premier tier is based on a partner's revenue impact, certification, and track record of successful customer services engagements. Premier tier partners have a track record of delivering complex advisory work to Miro customers and transforming their businesses.
Our partners are essential to our mission of empowering teams to create the next big thing. These Rules of Engagement (RoE) ensure a transparent, predictable, and "Customer-First" environment. We succeed when we collaborate with integrity, focusing on long-term customer value over short-term transactions. These RoE are part of the Program Policies under our Master Partner Agreement.
You need to be an active services business with proven customer outcomes, complete Miro's required training and certifications, and maintain active customer engagements after joining. Specific requirements vary by tier.
