This template is designed to bring the team together to co-create a visual Team Huddle Board. Through a facilitated pilot workshop, team members collaborate on the board’s design, content, and structure to create a shared visual tool that encourages focused conversations, team alignment, and effective huddles.
My recommendation: Option 3 works especially well as an introduction or purpose statement within the workshop template because it emphasizes participation and co-creation.
Key changes: I tightened the wording, corrected “template contain” to “template provides”, and made the purpose and intended outcome of the workshop clearer.
