SaaS Admin Dashboard
SaaSBoard is a fully designed, interactive admin dashboard prototype for SaaS businesses. It covers 8 core operational screens built with a consistent dark navy sidebar, white card layout, and blue/green/purple accent system.
What It Includes
Dashboard — KPI tiles (Revenue, Users, Subscriptions, Churn Rate), Revenue Overview line chart, Revenue by Plan pie chart, Recent Transactions table, Top Products panel, and quick-access module tiles.
Analytics — 6 metric cards with period comparisons, Trend Analysis chart, Conversion Funnel, Cohort Retention heatmap, Channel & Device & Region breakdowns, and Anomaly Callouts.
Customers — Multi-filter table with health scores, lifecycle stages, renewal dates, and a right-side Customer Details panel covering billing, usage, support history, and tags.
Products — Spotlight cards (Best Selling, Lowest Adoption, Highest Expansion), product catalog table, adoption trend chart, Product Detail panel with pricing tiers, add-ons, usage stats, and quick actions.
Subscriptions — 7 KPI tiles, subscription list, alerts sidebar (expiring cards, overdue renewals, usage thresholds), plan comparison cards, inline Plan Editor, and lifecycle quick actions.
Invoices — 5 status summary cards, multi-filter bar, Invoice History table, and an Invoice Detail panel with line items, tax breakdown, payment timeline, and actions (Resend, Refund, Dispute).
Messages — Three-panel layout: folder/filter sidebar, conversation list with SLA/urgency tags, message thread with internal notes, and a Customer Context panel.
Settings — Organization profile, team roles, notification toggles, permissions matrix, API key management, workspace automation rules, security controls (2FA, SSO, session timeout), and Danger Zone.

How to Use It
Navigate screens via the left sidebar. Start at Dashboard for a business overview, then drill into Analytics for growth trends. Use Customers to monitor individual accounts, Products to manage pricing and catalog, and Subscriptions to track renewals and cancellations. Review billing in Invoices, handle support in Messages, and configure the platform in Settings. Throughout each screen, use the toggle filters, date-range selectors, status dropdowns, inline editors, and action buttons to interact with the prototype.
Generating Similar Dashboards with Sidekick
Select this prototype or any individual screen, open Sidekick, and prompt it with:
