What is a persona?

Personas are fictional characters resembling users who interact with your product or service. It answers the question 'who are we designing for?'

Why should you create personas?

Personas tell you who your users are. It is a way to understand your users' pain points, needs and demographics. Knowing these enables you to empathize with users and appeal to them with the products you accordingly create.

When should you use this activity?

After you have gathered data about your users, use this activity to create personas. Personas are also useful to have before mapping a user's journey or ideating.
