Report

The design leaders action plan is a comprehensive template created to support design managers to grow, support, inspire their teams.

It works as standalone roadmap for improving design management and as a complimentary tool to the training content covered in designleaders studio.

The action plan is divided by the 3 key pillars of design leadership; people, purpose and processes. There are tasks across each stream that need to be addressed by design leaders to build and run high performing design teams.
