This template is part 5 of 5: Shared board(part 2: Management · part 3: Operations · part 4: Clients · part 5: Shared board)

Please download all five templates. Collaborative Community is a set of five templates that work together as one whole, like a blueprint. Each template is one part of the same process, and the parts make sense only together:

  1. Introduction: kick-off, map, roles and dialogue guidelines

  2. Management

  3. Operations

  4. Clients

  5. Shared board

What it is A dialogical space where a community works on a shared concern across three levels: Management, Operations and Clients. Each level has its own board and walks six stations in its own space: Starting point, Resonance, What we know, What we don’t know, A good future, and From future to action. At every station, people first write silently (Me), then share and listen (Us), and finally choose what to carry forward to the others. The Bridges frames let the levels send messages to each other.

On the Shared board the voices are placed side by side, not merged. Everyone remembers a good future together and builds a joint action plan. Dialogue comes before decisions.

Miro AI supports listening. It makes one summary per level from the notes as they were written, and it turns the joint action plan into a table.

Tip: Put all five boards in one Space, then link them to each other.

The Collaborative Community templates are rooted in the Finnish tradition of anticipation dialogues. They were created by Heikki Ervast (Dialogues & Design Ltd) in collaboration with Claude, Anthropic’s AI, as an example of human–AI co-creation.
