AI Knowledge Sharing Playbook
How can we make AI knowledge sharing more natural, practical and team-driven?
I've put together a playbook exploring how we can create an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, sharing experiences, learning from each other and discovering practical ways AI can help them work better.
The approach focuses on a few key principles:
Start with real problems and opportunities, not technology.
Make existing knowledge and expertise accessible across teams and tribes.
Create psychological safety for questions, discussion and experimentation.
Design small, informal sessions around practical experiences.
Focus on curiosity and action rather than attendance.
Gradually move from coach-led initiatives towards team-led ownership.
One of the key ideas behind this approach is that AI adoption shouldn't be something we push. It should be something we enable.
As Agile Coaches, our role is to create the conditions for people to explore, experiment, connect and learn, eventually making knowledge sharing part of how teams work naturally.
