Report

This is a Batman themed Icebreaker & Retrospective. It is designed to be fun and captivating, while identifying:

ineffective practices and tools to ditch
ideas to accelerate the teams' momentum
chaos that pulled the team off-track
sneaky impediments the team can see forming
commitments the team will uphold (Action Items)

This is great for a sprint, monthly, quarterly, or even an annual retrospective.
