Retro & Icebreaker - Alice in Wonderland

This is a Retrospective template with an icebreaker that will help you facilitate a retro routine. It's a fun twist on the standard facilitation templates for retros and would be great for Quarterly review.

Simply start with the icebreaker and move on to the proceeding boards. Have the team members populate the stickies and then review each section for common themes, asking for additional details when needed. Use the themes and discussions, to determine action items. Close out the routine with team appreciations and rating the retro (with cat memes).
