Report

The Basic Logic Model is a simple planning tool that helps you visualise how your resources and activities are expected to create change.

Also known as a simplified Theory of Change or Logic Model, it helps individuals and teams think through what they will invest, what they will do, what they hope to achieve, and the assumptions and external factors that may influence success.

How to use it

  1. Identify your Inputs (what you invest).

  2. Define your Outputs (what you do).

  3. Describe your Outcomes (what you want to achieve).

  4. Record any key Assumptions.
