Report

This board is a space for your team to align on how you work together. You’ll co-create a working agreement across four key areas: recurring rituals, working mindset, communication, and sustainability. It helps with clear expectations and successful collaboration. Use this as a living document: something you revisit, refine, and hold each other accountable to.
