Team Cooldown

Report

Looking for a way to reflect as a team at the end of the working week or sprint? Here’s a workshop exercise called ‘Team Cooldowns’ which you can use to reflect and support each other.

A useful exercise to promote weekly reflection – celebrate success, highlight challenges and offer support.

Start by rating your week and chat through as a team
Note down or share things that worked well, ideas or opportunities to support
Finish by sharing any learnings from the week and plans for the weekend!
