2. The Cactus Patch: Inspired by "Rose, Bud and Thorn" retros, this the spot to take a quick pulse on issues that persist throughout the year, and check in on the team's overall mood. It helps keep retro focused on solvable problems.

3. Loved / Learned / Lousy: add stickies to share successes, learnings and challenges.

4. What? / So What? / Now What? Pull stickies from the "Lousy" column here and brainstorm solutions!
