Project planning template that includes areas for recording what are the "known" details of the project, "unknown/questions" to get from the client, "Discovery" section for recording details learned through discovery working sessions or through shared documentation from the client, "approach" to lay out at a high level how the team will approach the project, then a "project planning" section to map out epics and stories for the project and to do some initial story pointing.
I have found this template to be very useful as a single place to track everything related to the project that the engineers can return to throughout the project.
