This board is a collaborative PI Planning and tracking workspace designed to help teams align on priorities, capacity, and outcomes for an upcoming Program Increment.
It supports teams in:

Tracking dependencies, progress, and milestones throughout the PI
The board is intentionally structured to guide teams from feature intake → prioritization → alignment → execution, while making trade‑offs, dependencies, and progress visible at all times.
How to Use
This is a team activity and works best with the full team present, including the Product Owner.
A facilitator (e.g., Scrum Master or PO) helps keep the board current by updating sprint details, duplicating prioritized features into the planning frame, and capturing feature ownership.
The board should be revisited regularly during refinement and sprint planning to keep plans, dependencies, and progress up to date.
