Here's your help for an easy magic estimation - your PO assigns all the stories to the Devs that estimate, and then the magic happens. You'll find a short How-To for Magic Estimation on the board in English.
You start in silence; everybody estimates for themselves and then re-assesses the estimates of the other Devs.
Magic estimation is perfect if you seek to find estimates for one larger Epic/ Topic in a short, easy way, it also helps to get an overview of all of the Stories contributing to your Epic.
Recommendation for POs: As soon as you finish a Story, assign to one of the DEV slots. Do not define the DEVs before you finish all of your stories. Then, as soon as you know who participates, assign the Dev slots as randomly as you can.
Let your Devs check the stories before you start your estimation session. After estimation, check with the team: Is this all it needs to finish the scope/epic as you want it to be, or is anything missing?
