This template offers an online model that is very helpful in coaching - the "GROW model" serves as an order clarification and process model at the beginning and in the process of coaching. As a compact basic model, it is indispensable neither for coaching nor for consulting, process support or even for today's modern leadership.

The GROW model of the coach Sir John Whitmore offers practical guidance for the course of coaching sessions. It is one of the best-known and most proven coaching models and helps a coach to structure his sessions together with the coachee.
