Critical Thinking Bias Check

Report

Instead of explaining critical thinking as a concept, this template gives you a repeatable self-audit to run before any decision that matters. Five common biases, confirmation bias, anchoring, overconfidence, availability heuristic, and sunk cost fallacy, are each checked one at a time with a definition, a diagnostic question, and a simple Clear or Flag mark. A scorecard summary pulls the results together at the end, so flagged biases get a second look before the decision is finalized. It works well live, in a meeting or solo, right before you commit to something.
