The Champions Learning Journey Design board helps managers of Ethics Champions Programs design a structured and engaging learning experience for their Champions. It provides a simple visual framework for mapping learning modules across the program term, making it easier to plan the right cadence and sequence of sessions. By experimenting with different combinations of topics, formats, and timing, program managers can tailor the journey to their organization’s needs and the maturity of their Champions program. The template also encourages thoughtful pacing, helping teams balance foundational onboarding with continued learning and engagement over time, while creating regular opportunities for Champions to connect, share experiences, and strengthen their sense of community.
