Async Brainstorming Template for Remote Teams

Built for remote, distributed, and async‑first teams, this 5‑section template enables brainstorming without live meetings. It flows from a “How might we…” focus question and context/constraints into three idea zones (Initial Ideas via Miro Cards, Build with connectors, and Questions), then dot voting and Kanban‑ready Cards. Contributors can add when available before each deadline; ideas move from ideating to execution on the same board.

Why use the Async Brainstorming Template

  • Purpose: frame problems and convert top-voted solutions into owned work.

  • Goals: asynchronous clarity, shared context, traceable idea evolution, confident decisions.

  • Benefits: no scheduling conflicts, thoughtful contribution time, seamless tracking in To do/In progress/Done.

Best used in planning, discovery, research, and revamping processes!
