This workshop will guide Agile Coaches/TTT or others through the process of Value Stream Identification (VSI) and Mapping (VSM).

The process of determinging the current state, the future statement will include learning how to help teams/organizationsl determine their value streams and then map them. They will assess which processes or activities are value add (VA or non-value add(NVA) in the hopes of improving their processes their services, products, or business as a whole.
