This workshop makes implicit assumptions explicit and prioritizes which ones are worth testing. Map a product topic against what you know and don't know about it and how risky acting without full knowledge may be.

When to use it:

  • Before starting a new project

  • When teams are making decisions based on beliefs they haven't examined
