Accessory Shoot Decision Canvas helps stylists, photographers and small creative teams turn a look idea into a documented accessory plan. Use it for decorative fashion accessories from any seller, before a pull is confirmed and through the final return.
The canvas connects Look IDs and Item IDs across six reusable stages: define the shoot; map looks to candidate items; separate documented facts, assumptions and questions; move candidate cards through SELECT, HOLD or SWAP; assign preparation tasks; then record changes, agreed credits and returns.
How to use
Read START HERE and duplicate the blank workflow for your shoot.
Fill the brief and look-to-item matrix.
Record the exact product option and its sources; assign unanswered questions to an owner and deadline.
Copy candidate cards into decision lanes and record the reason.
Move preparation tasks through TO DO, READY FOR SHOOT and BLOCKED.
Close the change, credit and return records after the shoot.
The separate Demo frame shows an entirely fictional two-look example. Keep personal body measurements in a private brief; this canvas only needs a reference. All workflow fields are editable and no additional purchase is needed.
