90 Day View

There are literally books written about the first 90 days in a new role, but when it came to tracking the events of those 90 days and reflecting on progress you're left to your own devices.

This template visualises the events of your first 90 days, separated into swimlanes for the different focus areas (what job has just one!), and ensures you don't lose yourself in the noise of the day-to-day, but instead stay focussed on value. Once you've completed your first 90 days, use it for the next 90 days, and the next 90 days, and the next. This forms an invaluable view of how your focus areas (and sometimes your role) change over time.

As an added bonus, this visual record helps you and your manager avoid "recency bias" during annual reviews.
