Retrospective Halloween

This is a Retrospective template with a Halloween theme.

Retrospective is a recurring Agile event which can seem repetitive if it is not facilitated using various formats. That's why we suggest you use this Halloween format to liven up your end of October Retrospectives.

This template has been designed for Agile teams but it can be used by any team wanting to identify what is working well or what could be improved in their collaboration.
