Gender Balance Quiz Retrospective

The Gender Balance Quiz is an easy retrospective game designed to be played as a couple (husband and wife, boyfriend and girlfriend, etc...) to compare each other's commitment in daily life and perception of life satisfaction. The idea is to do it together and in an easy way. The template helps to understand better the gender gap situation in a couple, so encourage to speak about it with both partners; too many times, women speak about gender equity only with women and vice versa.

The first part of the quiz explores facts related to daily life and the perceptions of each partner (perceptions questions take into account some national and international indicators used to measure progress and allow for comparisons in gender equality progress over time). The second part of the quiz is an activity to decide together where to start to find more balance in gender equity.
