Warm-up: Arrow Of Greatness

A playful warmup that helps the team practice their listening skills and making convincing arguments while getting to know each other. It's a perfect warmup for anyone working with pitching ideas or concepts in their everyday work. This exercise works best and is the most fun when used on a weekly or monthly basis with the same team or group of people. I've used it with my different teams of game designers which has lead to a lot of fun and interesting discussions!
