This Miro template is the Next Generation of Disciplined Agile (DA Next) team agility canvas. Powered by the Disciplined Agile knowledge base, this canvas visualizes the team agility practices you can choose to form a new way of working or enhance an existing one.

This template includes the DA Quick Starts, containing recommended practices for the two most common approaches to transitioning to agile, as well as three adaptive hybrid options.

Visualizing your way of working using the Team Agility Canvas is a significant enabler of continuous process improvement. The layout of process goals, practices, and the use of process indicators provides a visual representation of your process. Whether you utilize a quick start or begin from a blank canvas, the tailoring approach enables flexibility and ease of use.
