A retro RPG-inspired retrospective board for tracking continuous improvement actions across the team.
Each Sprint, team members become Guardians of a specific location on the map. Their mission is to pay attention to that area throughout the Sprint, identify opportunities for improvement, support the team, and bring relevant observations or actions back to the Retrospective.
The board includes:
🗺️ 12 RPG locations, each representing a different team dimension such as collaboration, well-being, vision, quality, delivery, refinement, blockers, knowledge, value, continuous improvement, incidents and adaptability.
🧙 Character Profiles for each team member, with their own avatar, role, skills, achievements and quests.
💎 Gems, earned by acting as a Guardian of a location during a Sprint.
🏆 Legendary Relics, with 3 levels that can be unlocked by collecting Gems for the same location.
⚔️ Missions & Improvement Actions, which are placed directly on the map and can be tracked as the team progresses.
✨ A visual progression system that turns improvement work into an evolving RPG adventure.
The goal is to make retrospectives more engaging and visual while creating a shared history of the team's improvements over time.
