Road to Nirvana is a future-spective technique that helps teams to visualize success and break outcomes down into shorter-term horizons.

Breaking down increments of value rather than features gives product teams more opportunities to deliver value early and keep detailed scope flexible.

This technique leads nicely into quarterly goal setting or putting together and Outcome Based Roadmap.
