PacMan Retrospective

Report

In this 90-minute "retro" retrospective you will find four game rounds: (1) an ice-breaker, (2) a pulse survey for the last sprint or last initiative, (3) a deep-dive analysis (what went well, what went wrong, what is outstanding, who helped you or stood out), and (4) a chance to rate the retro. The goal is to find what went well in your last initiative.
