Shruti Agarwal is the founder of Insight North, a decision intelligence practice based in Hyderabad, India.
After earning an MS in Business Analytics from UT Dallas, she spent several years in
the United States leading analytics engagements for brands including Lenovo, CAVA, GoToFoods, and Sunoco through agencies such as Levelwing and Mindgruve.
She later left corporate life to build Insight North from the ground up. Today, she helps founders make better decisions through decision intelligence, publishes the weekly Founder’s Compass newsletter on LinkedIn, and hosts Day One Signal, a readcast
on Medium.
