Report

🎪 Step right up! This circus-themed retrospective keeps your team engaged from start to finish:

  1. Warm-up: pick an ice cream flavor that matches your mood this quarter

  2. Last retro check-in: did we follow through?

  3. Wins: what went well and what we're proud of

  4. Slowdowns: what got in our way

  5. Start /Keep doing: what we need more of

  6. Voting: pick the top 3 topics

  7. Discussion: dig into root causes and assign owners

  8. Wrap-up: rate the meeting and share the vibe

Works great for quarterly or sprint retros with teams of 5–15
