Fly Through One PI

Interactively learn SAFe and Scrum roles and responsibilities within Scrum events. Designed for Product Owners (PO) and Business Owners (BO), but adaptable to any other role. This training provides a rapid yet comprehensive understanding of the key roles and responsibilities within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Scrum over the course of one Program Increment (PI). It is specifically prepared for Product Owners (POs) and Business Owners (BOs) but can be easily adapted to other roles within an Agile Release Train (ART) or Scrum teams.

Participants will gain hands-on insights into how these roles interact, contribute to value delivery, and ensure alignment within a program increment (PI).
