About the template

Designed to graphically capture your life experience, it can be a useful tool to reflect on your evolving journey and mental well-being.

How to use the template

Here is a unique digital journal in which you can begin the day with a quote and end the day with a doodle of an emoticon. While you are at it, grab some stickies and type up how your day went.
