Isabel Novais Machado is a design leader with over 15 years of experience across telecommunications, data, and finance in startups, corporates and scale ups.
Currently leading design at a data privacy company, she is shifting her focus from
tech innovation to human innovation — developing frameworks and canvases that
scale personal transformation.
She founded the Lisbon chapter of Ladies That UX and now contributes as a speaker
and mentor. She is also a podcaster and a mother of four girls and a dog.
